News about Baby Brandon

Brandon is stable but most of his problems are caused by a chromosomal abnormality that often causes autism or other serious disabilities. We are praying that he will heal and develop normally. The doctors feel he should start special therapy right away to give him the best chance to develop to his full potential.

Baby Brandon Update

Corina called to day to tell me that Brandon has taken a turn for the worse, and the family is being asked some difficult questions in preparation for his likely death. I do not have any other details, but things are not looking good. Please continue to pray for a miracle for this sweet little one, and for faith for his parents...to trust God with their lives whatever the outcome may be.

I know I am going to give Matthew extra snuggles hugs and kisses tonight! It breaks my heart to think that these parents are facing the loss of their child! Life is precious, and fragile! Thank God for every moment you have with the one's you love!

Thanks!

Prayers for Baby Brandon

Corina has asked me to post a plea for prayers for this sweet little one. He has been in the hospital since birth (April), fighting for his life. His status has been upgraded to critical today as his lungs are filling with CO2. Please pray for his recovery and peace for his family as they wait for answers and healing. Thanks!

We try so hard not to laugh at these things...

Tonight at dinner, when I was telling Greg that Grandpa fell asleep in Matthew's room when he laid him down for a nap (poor grandpa got tired out today while I am recovering on the couch). As soon as I said Grandpa fell asleep, Matthew imitated grandpa's snoring, with a mouth full of pizza, which got sprayed all over the table. Sure...you try not to laugh at that one while it's happening!!
